DESCRIPTION

Trend 315 Two Chafing Dish Hot Buffet Unit

The Trend 315 two-chafing dish hot buffet unit is designed for businesses that want to offer two different hot dishes side-by-side in a more compact buffet line. Two electrically heated 1/1 GN chafing dishes bring the hot serving dishes together in a single furniture body, helping to keep the buffet layout simple.

The product measures 70 cm in width, 160 cm in length, and 90/145 cm in height. The 160 cm length creates a serving line compatible with two 1/1 GN containers, while the 70 cm width limits the product's space utilization within the dining area. The combined height of the counter and shelving unit (145 cm) ensures that the presented food is positioned at a visible level.

Two electrically heated 1/1 GN containers.

The primary function of the Trend 315 is to provide hot servings via two 1/1 GN chafing dishes. Electric heating of the dishes allows two separate dishes to be held in their own compartments during the serving process. This two-dish capacity offers a balanced arrangement for a main course and side dish, two different hot breakfast items, or alternating menu options.

Choosing a two-door solution over a larger four-door station saves space in areas where product variety is limited but continuous hot service is crucial. When planning the electrical connection, the installation location of the unit, cable routing, and the existing infrastructure of the facility should be evaluated in advance.

Granite countertops, glass canopy, and LED lighting.

The granite countertop creates a cohesive work and serving surface around two chafing dishes. The wood-veneered MDF cabinet surrounds the hot serving equipment with an exterior that complements the dining area furniture. This design contributes to a more organized presentation of the technical components in the guest area.

The curved glass canopy creates a boundary that maintains visibility at the front of the service area. Concealed LED lighting within the canopy illuminates the counter area where the two containers are located. The concealment of the fixture ensures a clean and uninterrupted superstructure appearance along the buffet line.

Support structure suitable for mobile food stall placement.

The unit is mounted on a 20 × 40 mm electrostatically painted profile chassis. The stainless steel base completes the underside, protecting it from environmental influences. Concealed heavy-duty wheels allow the Trend 315 to be moved to different locations depending on the breakfast, dinner service, or event schedule. Because the wheels are hidden under the body, mobility does not detract from the exterior appearance.

  • Hotel breakfast buffets offer two hot items.
  • Restaurants requiring a compact hot food line
  • Self-service areas using 1/1 GN cup standard
  • Banquet and event halls where mobile service arrangements are established.

When selecting the Trend 315, factors such as the suitability of its two-compartment capacity for daily menu variety, the compatibility of its 70 × 160 cm base dimensions with the installation area, and the location of the electrical connection should all be considered. This ensures that the unit's hot serving capacity is correctly matched to the service flow.
