PROMAX 800CM2Y 6 Bar Dual Motor Carpet Cleaning Machine

The PROMAX 800CM2Y 6 bar dual-motor carpet cleaning machine combines two 1000 W vacuum motors with a 6 bar spray pump and an 80-liter steel tank. The defining difference of the “Y” variant is that it offers 6 bar pressure, compared to the 3 bar pump of the 800CM2 model with the same capacity.

With a capacity of 15 liters of clean water, 60 liters of dirty water, and a 35 liter dust bag, this high-volume unit allows for carpet/upholstery cleaning and wet-dry vacuuming.

6 bar pump and 2000 W motor system.

The spray pump generates 6 bar pressure. Two bypass, double-stage motors provide a total power of 2000 W and a suction level of 2200 mmSS. The operation of the motors should be managed according to the user manual.

A pressure of 6 bar is not automatically suitable for every textile surface. The care instructions, color fastness, and water resistance of carpets and upholstery should be checked; a test should be performed in an inconspicuous area first.

80 L tank and 15/60 L water capacity

The main steel tank has a capacity of 80 liters. The clean water tank has a capacity of 15 liters, the dirty water tank has a capacity of 60 liters, and the dry powder bag has a capacity of 35 liters. These three capacities belong to different sections or operating modes.

Dirty water is drained through the EVA Ø34 mm drain hose. The float system helps protect the motor against liquid level fluctuations. The tank and hoses should be rinsed after each wash.

High-volume movable body

The net weight is 30,5 kg, and the device dimensions are Ø780 × 942 mm. Ten meters of 2 × 1,5 mm² cable, a 240 cm Ø38 mm locking hose, and a steel pipe set support working access.

Two Ø75 mm front and two Ø160 mm rear PVC wheels, a CPP trolley body, and a PP-coated metal push handle enable the device to be transported. It is recommended that the tank be empty and the cable retracted during transport.
