PROMAX 800CM2 3 Bar Dual Motor Carpet Cleaning Machine

The PROMAX 800CM2 3 bar dual-motor carpet cleaning machine combines two 1000W vacuum motors with a 3 bar spray pump and an 80-liter steel tank. While it has the same main capacities as the 800CM2Y, the pump pressure is 3 bar instead of 6 bar, and the net weight is 28,5 kg instead of 30,5 kg.

Carpet/upholstery cleaning, wet vacuuming, and dry vacuuming functions are supported by 15 L clean water, 60 L dirty water, and 35 L dust bag compartments. This model is designed for high-volume cleaning applications where lower pump pressure is sufficient.

Controlled spraying with a 3 bar pump.

The cleaning solution is applied with a 3 bar pump. Two bypass, double-stage motors provide a total power of 2000 W and a suction of 2200 mmSS. The amount of liquid to be applied to the surface should be controlled according to the maintenance limits of the carpet or upholstery.

A 3 bar rating, lower than the 6 bar Y variant, does not automatically mean it is safe for every sensitive surface. Color fastness and material compatibility should be tested in a small, inconspicuous area.

80 L steel tank and high liquid capacity.

The main tank is 80 L and made of steel. The clean water tank has a capacity of 15 L, the dirty water capacity is 60 L, and the dust bag for dry running has a capacity of 35 L. The capacities refer to separate working compartments.

Dirty water is drained through an EVA Ø34 mm drain hose. The float system helps protect the motor when the liquid level rises. The tank and lines should be rinsed after use.

28,5 kg car body

The device measures Ø780 × 942 mm and has a net weight of 28,5 kg. A ten-meter cable, a 240 cm Ø38 mm locking hose, and a steel Ø38 mm pipe set provide ample working space.

The CPP trolley's underbody is supported by two Ø75 mm front and two Ø160 mm rear PVC wheels and a PP-coated metal push handle. Metal locks secure the steel tank section.

800CM2 and 800CM2Y option
